Evolution Print’s Work with MDS UK Patient Support Group
Our partnership with the MDS UK Patient Support Group began with us rendering our services to design a compact yet informative newsletter for them. We understand the importance of a newsletter as an integral tool of communication between Centres of Excellence. Hence, we designed and printed a newsletter that not only fulfilled its intended purpose but also provide other support groups with updates and information about recent developments, prevalent issues and charity and fundraising events.
We have been really swift with designing and printing of the newsletter- the entire procedure spanning over a short period of 10-12 days for each issue. Once newsletters are printed we efficiently pack and deliver these to concerned stakeholders, on behalf of MDS UK Patient Support Group.
Further increasing our range of services to support the charity we now also provide assistance for designing and printing forms, stationery, questionnaires, leaflets, etc., in fastest possible manner.

Evolution Print’s Work with Pressbeau Group
For Pressbeau, printing solutions had a purpose beyond following and implementing strict standards established by various stakeholders. They were focused on providing exceptional nursing services in order to exceed all expectations of their residents them with a genuinely homely and comfortable environment. With 7 nursing homes running robustly, they keep an extensive amount of information regarding each resident and his/her family, in order to deliver optimum care to them. This called for formulating a total of 160 pages of forms, which would entail crucial activity and eventualities. Our role was to design final artworks that matched their requirements of forms. Earlier on, we had to print and stock their forms due to their constant demand for them. Now some forms are printed ‘on demand’. Having an approachable customer service team, each nursing home enjoyed the liberty of individually contacting us to send their requirements. The printed forms were then collected and dispatched directly to the respective home, which required no involvement of the head office staff. We collaboratively worked with Pressbeau homes on regular stock takes and stock positions, plus assisted them on any fulfilment issues and future orders.
We provided Pressbeau homes with a complete print solution package, which also addressed their requirements of copywriting, leaflets, brochure printing, stationery and signage.

Evolution Print’s Work with Acorn Fostering
At Evolution Print and Design, we have catered to the printing needs of Acorn for a number of years. We have been entrusted with their most important document which is the Carer’s Reference Book. Around mid-2014, they decided to completely change the content of the document and provided updated clauses and regulation. They took the responsibility of writing the content and we took on the responsibility to prepare their Handbook which comprised of a new design, user-friendly tabs and displayed information flow through images, pictures and illustrations.
We achieved our target in 3 ½ weeks with the final documents assembled in individual packs that were packaged accordingly and sent off to foster families.

The document which is 650 pages had to be designed well. Evolution prepared this a very short span of time and the end result was an easy to use binder full of 12 sectionalised tabs colour coded for ease of referencing and use. All sections broken down into further chapters, each having a fresh look full of images and illustrations to emphasis different information we had to cover. The easy sections and binder format makes upgrades easy and very cost effective for the future. We are, our OFSTED inspectors and our Carers are all extremely happy with the end result.
